Change Analyst

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Business Change Analyst.

• Initial 6-month contract
• Inside of IR35
• Daily rate of £300 - £350 (depending on experience).
• Hybrid working between home and our clients’ offices in Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (2 days a week in a Scottish based office).

What our client is looking for:

• Experience of supporting the business change process of landing the change well with end users, i.e supporting a rollout of technology change – support through engagement, communications and activities.
• One of the changes currently in process is a new integrated project management tool.
• This particular project is following an Agile process so expands and reaches a wider audience every 3 months, when released in increments.
• Your role will be to support the logistical aspects, high level administration, communications and helping to create content to provide updates to users as well as proactively getting to know different business units and keep everyone informed.
• The business unit can be a complex landscape with different units and users across the organisation – candidates should have experience of enterprise landscapes.

Ideally, we are looking for the following experience:

• Understanding Communications and Training needs.
• Writing/ delivering key communications via various mediums.
• Organising, supporting and tracking attendance and success of comms engagement and training intervention.
• Change Analysis core skill set, supporting readiness activates etc.
