Business Change Analyst

Business Change Analyst, 4 Months, Glasgow, £190 p/d

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a utility sector organisation, who are looking to recruit a Business Change Analyst on an initial 4 month contract basis. You will be able to commute to Glasgow offices on a daily basis.

You will receive a daily rate of £190 and the contract will see you Inside IR35.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Business Change Analyst who can work hands on to facilitate workshops both in-person and virtually. You will have extensive experience working with stakeholders, internal and external.

Experience and Expertise

• Facilitating workshops both in-person and virtually
• Workshop facilitation expertise
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities
• A proactive approach to tasks and challenges
• Competence with Microsoft Office suite
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Knowledge of process mapping techniques
• Ability to create technical training materials for back-office operations
• Proficiency in benefit analysis
• Training in Lean methodologies and experience in an Agile work environment
• Experience conducting change impact assessments across procedural, structural, and financial areas
