As the Business IT Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Team to ensure the successful IT capability of existing systems and lead the development of new technology as the business grows. This key position involves managing relationships between business sponsors and IT suppliers, overseeing projects in a fast-paced collaborative environment, and ensuring the performance of IT Service Suppliers aligns with operational priorities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Group IT for necessary IT infrastructure services, networks, IT security, and telecommunications.
- Work with the IT Service desk to manage IT issues and adhere to service levels.
- Collaborate with IT Development to provide timely and quality MI.
- Coordinate end-to-end project phases, creating plans, managing budgets, and producing progress reports.
- Establish and run project governance frameworks for accountability and transparency.
- Prepare and manage user and end-to-end testing work-packages.
- Formulate and deliver the Business IT Change Plan aligned with annual business plans and the group IT strategy.
- Identify and assess wider business opportunities, supporting execution through effective IT solutions.
- Act as the IT liaison between clients, 3rd parties, and the wider Group IT.
Key Skills:
- Formal project management qualification (e.g., PMI, PMP, APM, PRINCE2, MSP).
- Full end-to-end delivery of application systems.
- Proven skills in project management, with experience delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities
- Budget management and 3rd party vendor management experience.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Desired: ISO27001 implementation experience.
