It Change Manager

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of IT Change Manager.

• Inside of IR35 / Umbrella set up.
• Hybrid working between home and sites: Glasgow or Perth.
• Daily rate of £400 - £500 a day.
• 12 Month Contract.

Develop and implement change management plans that maximise the adoption and usage of our clients upcoming data management solutions, you’ll help focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology.

• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Strong communicator with a high degree of written and verbal communication skills
• High desire to understand the change and the users.
• Happy to do the hands-on planning and coordination of change plans, impact assessments and some communications.
• Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle – both Waterfall and Agile.
• Experience of supporting users on changes surrounding data management and governance is highly desirable.
