A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a brilliant and supportive Change Communications team, working on the People and Organisational Development Transformation programme, a high-investment high-impact strategic change programme to support the achievement of the University’s strategic priorities and continued success.
This role focuses on initiating, creating, developing and evaluating engagement and communications activity to support the delivery of the programme objectives.
As a member of the People and Organisational Development Transformation programme, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of innovative communications and engagement solutions. You will build close professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to strategic communications and engagement to deliver consistent and coordinated messaging.
This role requires someone with communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into something that will engage the audience and make the information easy to understand, so skills in the MS365 suite of applications would be a bonus.
You will be an experienced communicator with a passion for change, coupled with demonstrable project skills. With a fresh innovative approach, you will be keen to support your colleagues to create and deliver their messages, across a wide range of projects, through smart and effective channels. You should have the ability to lead in digital communications aspects of effective project promotion, engagement and buy in.
