Purpose
To work with NEET young people living in the East London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Bexley, Bromley, Enfield, Greenwich, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest to support them into and help them to remain in sustainable learning and work.
Essential:
You will have:
Professional qualification in advice and guidance, mentoring, coaching, teaching or youth and community work
Experience of caseload planning management and organisational skills
Experience of developing and maintaining rapport and effective relationships with young people
