We are currently recruiting for a Sales Progression Manager to join the team in Croydon on a permanent basis.
What you'll be doing
Within the Customer Experience Directorate we need to ensure that the customer receives the best service and experience at each touch point of their journey with us. From their initial enquiry about their new potential home right through to moving in and the customer care provided during the defect warranty period.
The Sales Progression Manager supports the Head of Customer Journey to ensure all business, financial and customer satisfaction targets are met as part of the Sales Progression process for all new reservations. You will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from reservation to exchange of contract through to legal completion.
Some of the key duties include:
You'll lead the Customer Journey Sales Progression team to ensure delivery against KPIs and service standards
Set and deliver against deadlines for exchanges and completions to drive performance for accurate forecasting ensure targets are met
Manage a large portfolio of cases to exchange and legal completion
Produce regular reports and trackers that show team performance
Support the Head of Customer Journey on all activities including reporting on performance and budget spend
Build strong effective relationships with panel and framework solicitors to ensure exchanges and completions are done within agreed timeframes and monitor service standards and performance
Manage positive relationships with IFA's, surveyors and other related third parties
What you'll need
You'll already have some solid experience leading a high performing team and thorough knowledge of the property conveyancing process including shared ownership and private sale. You'll have excellent communication skills and experience liaising with third parties such as Solicitors. Change management experience would be an added bonus but is not essential.
