About the Role:Change Management Program Lead
The Team:
The Commercial Systems team supports the Commercial and Customer Experience teams at S&P Global Commodity Insight. We enable the business to achieve efficiencies, optimize processes, increase customer satisfaction and attract new clients through technology transformation. We work within the agile framework to prioritize, plan and oversee the delivery of strategic commercial tools and technology. We work with employees around the globe and at all levels of the business and offer innovation and efficiencies on SFDC, as well as other commercial tools. We are a growing team with many senior associates that can provide on-the-job training and mentoring.
Responsibilities and Impact:As a Change Management Program Lead, you will:
Lead Commodity Insights Change Management function across Commercial Systems, with a particular focus initially on Project Sunrise (Salesforce CPQ & Billing Order-to-Cash Project) during design, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
Work closely with Division, Technology and Corporate Function stakeholders and value streams to facilitate training design discussions and ensure divisional participation in testing features prior to release.
Ensure planning and schedules are in place for Sales, Contract Support, Order Management, Fulfillment, Finance, Technology, among other cross value streams to establish development, data migration, testing, production cutover, go-live, and post- go-live Hypercare implementation timelines.
Project manage all Change Management aspects for Commercial System’s team, including strategy, engagement, communications, training planning & documentation.
Focus on creating continuous, meaningful communication and feedback mechanisms for all broad, diverse stakeholder base. Monitor stakeholder engagement and drive focused program participation and accountability.
Oversee and approve all training plans and documentation to ensure they are targeted to stakeholder needs.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $88,400 to $175,650. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years working in a project management role involving cross-team collaboration of software development projects under an Agile framework.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and specific requirements.
Possess strong organization, prioritization, problem identification, and problem-solving skills to manage internal workflows and communication.
Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce experience preferred
Change Management and / or PMP certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in information science, marketing, computer science or related field preferred.
