What is the opportunity?
Contributing to the success of Wealth Management Europe’s (WME) Client Lifecycle Transformation (CLT) Programme, the Senior Programme Manager is responsible for the centralised co-ordinated management of the Programme and realisation of strategic objectives and benefits, including management and development of the Programme scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, stakeholders, programme team, communications, issues and risks. Accountable to the Executive/Programme Sponsor and to the Programme Steering Committee for the delivery of the Programme.
What will you do?
Drives senior stakeholders to define their strategic objectives and ensures Programme key results and outcomes are aligned.
Manages relationships with WMI Senior Management and all senior stakeholders to drive consensus on the articulation, direction, and delivery of the Programme, whilst anticipating and resolving obstacles to success, deploying prudent contingencies, and mitigating risks.
Ensures the Programme is properly initiated, managed, reported on, and that they deliver the defined success criteria to budget and timeline.
Leads matrix teams across multiple functions to deliver cross-functional change.
Ensures best practices are deployed through active engagement with all appropriate functional and operational units.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have:
Relevant degree, formal business qualification, or significant experience working in Programme, Project, or Change Management functions within global organisations.
Significant experience of Wealth Management or Private Banking businesses.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders aligned with strong emotional intelligence, maturity, and commercial acumen.
Ability and interest to work in and lead a team-based and collegial environment where consensus-building is a key to success.
