In this role you will:
- Drive development, review, and agreement of required Control Changes for the overall operating model and Finance roles and responsibilities within that.
- Responsible for writing testing approach documents and gathering controls testing evidence during dry runs/ parallel runs.
- Design/uplift control documentations to in compliance with HSBC standards
- Support the development and delivery of the Global Finance Change book of work on ESG and Sustainable Finance deliverables including Group, Regional and country level site deliverables.
- Work with other programmes to ensure that Finance related ESG and Sustainable Finance dependencies are delivered within the timelines and to the standards required by Finance.
- Enable transition to BAU, ensuring completeness, governance, and adherence to Change Framework standards.
- Maintain strong, collaborative working relationships across Finance and other stakeholder groups.
