Change Manager – New Homes and Corporate Landlord

A North London Local Authority is recruiting for a interim Change Manager with proven expertise in driving transformation. The Change Manager will work with senior managers to implement the proposals in the final reorganisation report and undertake any follow up action to ensure new structures are embedded.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful change initiatives, shaping the future of the New Homes and Corporate Landlord service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead managers in navigating the change process, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
- Translate proposed operating models into actionable operational structures and job roles.
- Map and implement recruitment processes, leading comprehensive recruitment programmes.
- Collaborate with senior managers and teams to manage and implement large-scale organisational changes.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of staff reorganisations.
- Monitor and manage various tasks and workstreams, addressing or escalating any delays or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in managing transformation/change processes within large organisations.
- Proven track record of delivering staff reorganisations on a large scale, within budget and on schedule.
- Strong expertise in translating proposed models into operational structures and job roles.
- Ability to lead and manage recruitment processes and programmes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all organisational levels.
- Experience in ensuring the successful delivery of new structures with a positive impact on services and staff.
