Location: Hybrid, 2/3 days a week on site in Leeds
Durations: 6 Months
Here at Hays Technology, we are recruiting a Change Programme Manager to support on an S/4 Hana implementation programme, with a focus on organisational change. You will be working for a Higher Education organisation based in Leeds, this is a hybrid role with 2/3 days a week required on site in Leeds. 6 months initially, with the programme ongoing till 2025 so chance of extension for the right candidate, paying £600-£650 per day (Inside IR35).
Your new role will be:
The Higher Education institute is in the process of implementing S/4 Hana and you will be focussing on the organisational change for the implementation. You will also be required support on the Target Operating Model for the programme. You will be mapping out the governance for the Change Programme and supporting in finalising the TOM as well.

• Accountability for the technology roadmap, scoping, planning, business case development and subsequent delivery of the IT elements of major strategic change, ensuring the achievement of the programmes' vision and the realisation of business benefits.
• Collaborating with executives and senior leaders across the organisation to secure investment and set up and run the programmes of change, developing, and implementing effective strategies for key senior stakeholder management, keeping them engaged and informed.
• Accountability for effective delivery of organisational change elements for the Programme of work, including supplier management of external services and the System's Integrator.
• Providing clear leadership and direction, taking responsibility for successful delivery, and collaborating with Programme Managers and Project Managers, and the PMO to ensure resources are successfully deployed whilst monitoring the success of transition activities so that the desired benefits are realised.
• Manage and ready the organisation from a Business Change perspective to ensure the users are fully aware of how to use the new system once it goes live taking into account learning gap analysis, training, communication material to the business of what is happening and when.
• Accountability for establishing the appropriate IT governance ensuring these aspects of programme change are aligned to and compliant with the institutions and programmes' governance arrangements.

What you will need:

• Extensive Programme Management experience on large scale projects/programmes.
• Experience working on an S/4 Hana implementation, with a focus on the organisational change and ensuring an organisation is ready to embrace the new system.
• Experience of working on projects throughout their respective lifecycles and applying best practice/project methodologies (such as MS Project, Prince2, Managing Successful Programme, etc).
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience in change management.
• Communication management.
• Experience in Higher Education preferred.
