What you’ll do
The Channel Implementation Specialist represents the Vodafone Business UK Sales area within Project Victoria and is responsible for ensuring that all impacts of the changes being delivered are assessed and understood, and readiness plans are created and implemented in partnership with Sales so that the change lands successfully into the Business Sales area, ensuring the best possible experience for customers and agents.
Project Victoria is a transformation programme which will migrate all mobile Business Customers from legacy billing platforms to the CCS platform.
The successful candidate will draw on their own subject matter knowledge of sales to inform the programme and will act as the conduit between Project Victoria and Sales. They will engage regularly with Sales stakeholders to enable strategic decisions and champion solutions for issues that impact the sales area.
- Represent Sales by feeding in operational requirements to Product owners to aid design, make recommendations based on the impacted Sales journeys and act as point of sign off for designs,
- Carry out impact assessments to determine change and readiness requirements for the Sales area resulting from Victoria
- Plan and manage operational readiness for Sales, including resource/volume forecasting, supporting L&D with training needs analysis and requirements and training approach and planning.
- Collaborate closely with service design and process specialists to ensure the documented sales journey and associated work instructions meet the needs of Sales
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating for support where required
- Keep Sales stakeholders engaged and updated about Victoria, involving directly where required or consulting to enable key decisions
- Manage Victoria comms within sales, collaborating with programme and sales comms leads to determine approach, timing, audience, content etc…
Who you are
- Strong working knowledge of Sales processes and systems, preferably has customer facing or channel partner experience.
- Thorough and methodical approach to understanding the E2E customer journey & experience.
- Experience of conducting impact assessments and planning and managing operational readiness activities.
- Structured working approach and project management skills, able to manage project and business demands whilst proactively planning ahead with the bigger picture in mind.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills enabling cross-functional collaboration up to Senior level. Strong communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable and resilient, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
