As an Implementation Technician you will be responsible for: -
• Site Preparation, Planning and Delivery Documentation.
• Configuring Software and Hardware to meet individual client requirements.
• Software and Hardware Installation and Testing.
• Production and Delivery of User Training including Documentation and sign off
• SQL database query (select with joins, insert, update)
• Assisting with communication between clients and various company stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
Skills and competencies Required:
• Degree educated or relevant experience.
• In depth knowledge of Windows OS configuration options, Microsoft SQL Server (Querying not administration)
• Can be an effective trainer with excellent presentation skills.
• Use of Windows 7 and above
• Experienced with MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Used to working under pressure and to tight timescales.
