We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic start-up company using cutting edge AI & Bot Technology to develop the next generation of customer experience. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of Channel Marketing with the Technology sector (IT/Software preferred). This is a home-based role with occasional face-to-face meets ups in the Berkshire area.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing partner marketing relationships
- Implementing 12 month rolling marketing plan to drive pipeline
- Working with new channel partners, assisting the onboarding process and supporting existing partners
- Owning and managing the partner portal, including assets and co-branding
- Collaborating with partners to execute co-marketing demand generation campaigns such as webinars, and email and social campaigns, designed to generate leads with and through partners
- Project managing partner communications and newsletters
- Developing and delivering marketing demand generation campaigns for small section of direct customers
Requirements
- Solid experience in B2B Channel Marketing for the Technology sector ((contact centre/chatbot experience a bonus)
- Experienced in developing marketing plans with IT channel partners
- Experience of virtual and face-to-face events
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with a strong work ethic and proactive self-starting ability
- Good knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (ideally Hubspot)
- Knowledge of Canva
- Experience of digital and social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Buffer and YouTube, as well as website CMS (ideally Webflow) and SEO
