You will work alongside the multidisciplinary to provide care and support to people who may be detained under The Mental Health Act (1983), who are on CTO’s or Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
With previous experience from the NHS or private care as a Registered Nurse, you will develop and implement strategies to facilitate effective communication pathways to support service users recovery.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical environment as you provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the service including coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, service user care and the clinical environment.

What you will be doing
As a Charge Nurse, you will ensure adults with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

This service operates 24/7 you will work shifts including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays on a 37.5 hours a week contract.
Things you will have
- Relevant experience as RMN/RNMH/RNLD
- Professional training in a related environment
- Recognised Mentorship certification or working towards this
- NVQ Assessor Qualification or working towards this
- Values-based practice

Castleholme Lodge is situated in Huddersfield with excellent transport links to the surrounding areas. It is undergoing a complete refurbishment to ensure best environment for service users and staff to thrive in.
Castleholme Lodge will be a 20 bed Care Home with nursing, providing a range of mental health services for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. It will form part of a cluster of Elysium services across the Yorkshire and Midlands region that work closely together in support of each other.
