We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide visible nursing leadership and an effective and high-quality service. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, an understanding of change management processes, and be open to developing and progressing new ideas and innovative ways of working. The role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering high standards of patient centered care and a professional role model. The role requires an individual with a keen passion for supporting service development and change management, and who will alongside the senior sister effectively implement positive working and progress positive outcomes for both the teams working in the pre operative assessment unit and also the patients who use our service .
