As a Charge Nurse, you'll be:

• Providing specialist nursing support and advice, stepping in for the Home Manager when needed.
• Managing a team of RGN’s and care staff, leading by example and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
• Assisting in running the service, contributing to the smooth operation of the home.

The ideal candidate for the Charge Nurse role will be:

• A Registered General Nurse with experience in elderly care.
• Equipped with excellent clinical skills.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of care.
• Ready to lead a team of RGN’s and care staff.
