A much valued & highly reputable client is seeking a Charge Nurse to join them at a care home located in North Edinburgh, ideally located for those living in the town or the surrounding areas across the bridge in Fife. The care home offers high-quality care for elderly residents, including those affected by dementia, physical disabilities. It is rated at 3's & 4's with a great nursing & mgmt. team in place.
As the Charge Nurse, you'll provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice. You'll oversee all aspects of your shift and continuously assess, plan, and evaluate residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan. You'll also mentor your team members and role-model best practice.
To be considered, you must be a current NMC registered nurse with excellent communication and report writing skills. Previous experience in a Nursing home is desirable, and you should have an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
