Description
As a Charity and Community Knowlegde Lawyer you will be responsible for:
- Providing legal advice on a range of charity, social enterprise, and not-for-profit matters.
- Assisting in the development of legal strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and industry developments.
- Ensuring compliance with firm-wide policies and procedures.
- Contributing to the training and development of junior staff.
Profile
A successful Charity and Community Knowledge Lawyer should have:
- Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
- Experience in charity, social enterprise, and not-for-profit legal matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
