Salary- Our client is looking for a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to work in their large knowledge team and collaborate with the broader Corporate team to develop the Corporate Knowledge function.

Description
- Develop and maintain precedent standard forms and precedent documents.
- Identify practice-related training needs of the Group, organising, designing and delivering Group training.
- Monitor and keep the Group informed about important developments in the law or business environment.
- Establish processes to capture matter descriptions and categorisations in the Matter Profiling System.
- Identify opportunities to develop business from new and existing clients through articles, briefing notes etc.
Profile
- Solicitor qualified in England and Wales, with high-quality fee-earning experience.
- Impressive technical background, competent with typical law firm technology tools.
- Knowledge experience is desirable, but not necessary.
- Well-developed organisational and communication skills.
