This role will take forward a wide range of critical projects for the organisation, liaising with the team for their input, but being the main push behind these projects achieving their performance goals.
The main objectives of the role are:
- Track and progress Organisation Projects for Mary’s, holding good information about the work and ensuring Key Performance Indicator milestones are being met, reporting on this regularly to a variety of stakeholders Support the CEO in their liaison with other organisations and key contacts and workstreams
- Administrative tasks: take notes at important meetings, including minuting the Trustees Meetings quarterly; plan regular operational meetings; and assist the team with scheduling expenses.
- Monitor and fulfil grant returns: time managing and collating all inputs needed for high quality reporting. Reading all grant material, planning and coordinating with relevant colleagues the promotion and fulfilment of the grant criteria. Active engagement with the Funder to maximise Mary’s relationship with the Funder and delivery of the Funder’s objectives
- Volunteering Program: including recruiting volunteers, being a first port of call, direct support for Volunteers and event management where our Volunteers are used.
