Charity Reception Administrator
Position: Charity Reception Administrator (Temporary)
Working hours: 40 hours a week - Hybrid
Pay Rate: £15 per hour
Love Success is currenly working with a leading charity to hire a Reception Administrator.
Job Role and purpose:
- Accountable to the Head of Impact, Evalution and Data and SMT whilst supporting colleagues of the charity
- To be the main point of contact for the organisation via any platform including telephone, email, webchat and social media. This will mainly include engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Support and Signpost clients or answer queries where appropriate
- Ensure all data and records are kept up to date and accurate
- Provide administration and co-ordination support to the Management Team
- Providing excellent Customer Care & Service
- Assist in the administration of IT - handing out and recording laptops and Mobiles for new starters and replacements
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of using phone systems and functionality, databases and ICT packages is essential for this role
- Answering calls to main phone numbers and emails, recording details on Salesforce
- Respond to all enquiries, including; face to face, telephone, email and website
- Booking service user appointments
