The Chartered Building Surveyor role

The selected Chartered Building Surveyor will be integral to the team, delivering expert services across an array of sectors. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, tailored to support the consultancy's varied client base. Key aspects of the role include:

• Conducting detailed surveys and providing insightful reports across different property types.
• Leading on projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all work is executed to the highest standards.
• Offering bespoke advice on property and construction matters, tailored to the unique needs of each sector.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that exceed expectations, while also managing and mitigating risks effectively.
