The Paddock Restaurant in Wigan are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Production Chef qualification which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Job duties will include:
• Preparing attractive dishes to a standardised recipie
• Stock control
• Preparing raw ingredients /salad/sandwhich items.
• Maintaining quality and adhering to hygeine and saftey regulations.
• Working alongside a well established team with a wealth of experience who will provide training and ongoing support.
• Progression available to do different qualifications and potential head chef in the future.

• Prepared to work unsociable hours including weekends
5 days out of 7,earliest start 8am latest finish 9pm, 30 mins break, 30-40 hours per week
