- Hourly rate of £11.55
- Full time – 35 hours per week – 5 days over 7
- Shifts range between 6.30am – 3pm

What you'll be doing
Assisting Chefs with day to day cooking and prepping of foodPotential to train to get your NVQ level 2 in culinary You will be performing the day to day tasks of a Chef and learning on the jobWork well as part of a team, supporting one another and communicating wellLearning how to follow recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of mealsCompleting daily paperwork to cover due diligence Assisting with deliveries and stock checksPlacing food orders and maintaining kitchen recordsTo share responsibility with the Chef manager/Catering manager for the checking, probing and signing of all food deliveriesTo monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets and serveries.Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleansFull knowledge of all menu items servedUndertake relevant training as required
Experience
- No experience, just a willingness to learn and a passion for cooking!
- Excellent team player and communicator
- DBS required
- Flexibility and the ability to innovate
