We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide; we are looking for a talented Full Time Chef de Partie who will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our kitchen team.

As Chef de Partie, you will be required to:

• Control the quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation and sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to always ensure the highest quality.
• Offer great customer service and answer guests needs appropriately.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & take pride in their work. You will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
