Chef De Partie

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team and play a key role in our continued success.

As our Chef de Partie you will be working along side the Head Chef, ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment, collaborating with a dedicated team of culinary professionals.

We take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and creating delicious, mouthwatering dishes that leave a lasting impression.

• Prepare and cook dishes to perfection
• Monitor and maintain consistent cooking techniques and standards
• Oversee the proper storage and handling of ingredients
• Develop and refine recipes as needed
• Collaborate with the Head Chef
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Train and mentor kitchen staff

• £27,000 per annum

• 5 out of 7 days per week

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation and cooking techniques
• Creative flair for recipe development
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality
• Food safety certification
