* British classic menu based around changing seasons
* ability to assist the senior chef s with the smooth running of the restaurant
* Events & hospitality including large scale graduations, conference, small wedding & events separate team but may be required to help
* Good knowledge of modern British food Chef De Partie level
* Able to run a section and be part of a team
* as a Chef De Partie you must be confident and able to guide and teach younger chefs
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie is required as this is a busy organisation
Training and opportunity to grow within this bespoke contract caterer will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

* Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
* Chef: 5 years (preferred)
* Cooking: 5 years (preferred)
* Kitchen experience: 5 years (preferred)
