Chef de Partie position available in a luxury hotel restaurant near Penzance.
Requirements:
- Approx 2 years' experience in a similar role and kitchen environment.
- Ability to demonstrate a real passion for all things food related.
- You must be comfortable and confident running any section in a calm and safe manner
- You must understand all elements of our food safety policy
- You have exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritising skills.
- You must show consistency in delivering dishes with excellent product knowledge
- You must be an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
Hours: 48 hours a week in a 5-day rota. Straight shifts only
