Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be working within a luxurious resort as part of the catering team, responsible for the preparation and serving of meals to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

Shift
- This position requires a flexible approach as you will be working a variety of mixed shift patterns including breakfast shifts and weekends.
Job Role
- Assist with the preparation of food
- Assisting the head chef and senior sous chefs
- Managing own section
- Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
- Active part in staff training
- Involvement with new menu items
- Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous chef experience
- Level 3 food hygiene certificate
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
- A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to follow instructions and use own initiative.
- Well presented
- Basic Health and Safety certificates and qualifications
