Hotel is seeking a Chef De Partie to join their most amazing team.
Apprenticeship Summary
40 hours per week
£6 per hour
Involves weekend and evening work
52 weeks a year
18 months to complete the qualification
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4/C and above or Level 2) essential
Any successful applicant must complete a DBS check prior to start day
Main Duties
Job description:
- Conducting food preparation
- Catering for large parties as part of a team
- Conducting restaurant service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in any section
- Managing and training demi-Chef De Parties or commis working with you
- Be sure that excellent level of food Hygiene are always in place.
Must Have:
- Has at least 2 years previous experience as a chef
- Is able to keep excellent food hygiene and safety levels
- Has relevant level 1/2 qualification
