Everyone regardless of age starts on £13.80 per hour.(An additional £1.20 per hour for shifts worked between 00:00 am and 06:00am) and a share of tips / service charge up to £150 per month!

AS A CHEF DE PARTIE YOU’LL:
Be part of a kitchen that is creative, nurturing and positive, promoting learning and a passion for food and produce
Have at least 1 years kitchen experience
Need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol
Be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations
Learn set recipes and ensure all menu items are made to specification
Ensure that Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are adhered to and recommendations from Food Safety Audits carried out
Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records
Support the Kitchen Manager in the recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new Kitchen team members
Demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs
Have an eye for detail and thrive in a high volume fast paced environment
Ensure a fair approach when managing performance
