Our client is a small family-run hotel in an idyllic coastal village, in Chichester Harbour. Overlooking their own private gardens, diners are treated to a choice of 2 restaurants; one awarded 2 AA Rosettes for its exceptional modern British cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, whilst the other offers a more brasserie-style operation at both lunch and dinner. Both restaurants use fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Please note: whilst accommodation is available nearby, there are very limited public transport links in the area, therefore this role may be best suited to someone with their own transport.

What's involved?

As a Demi Chef de Partie here, you will work as part of a talented team of chefs, intent on delivering the best culinary experience to its guests dining in both the 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant and the brasserie. You will also help to prepare treats for the hotels nearby coffee shop and café, just a few minutes' walk away so you should be flexible to work where needed.

You will prepare food and assist Chef de Parties on sections to the highest standard, using fresh, seasonal ingredients whilst ensuring both yourself and those around you are following the rules of food hygiene, at all times.

The successful candidate will be someone who wants to progress as there will be training and development opportunities.
