Chef De Partie

We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for a busy fresh food gastro pub in a village near Haywards Heath. This position may suit an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to progress to a Senior Chef de Partie role. If you have a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we would love to hear from you.

Our client is offering a highly competitive salary based on experience.

Due to the beautiful village location, public transport is limited, and you would be required to have your own transport.

Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

• Provide consistently excellent fresh food
• Stock control
• Organising Staff rotas
• Maintain 5* hygiene standards
• Creative menu planning

The successful Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• A background in a busy gastro pub or similar
• Creative talent with fresh ingredients
• Excellent technical skill
• Determined and Enthusiastic
• Ability to work under pressure
• Due to the location, you must drive
