This modern pub–restaurants is individually styled, serving local, seasonal high quality food to a very high standard.

Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

The successful Chef de Partie will have:
- Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
- A background in a BUSY gastro pub or similar
- Great cooking ability
- Thrive in the busy kitchen environment
- A great personality
