The Scarinish Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Chef de Partie to work under our Head Chef. The 60-cover table restaurant serves seasonal local cuisine to tourists and locals all year round with a focus on fresh island produce and seafood.
The role involves:
- Assisting the Head Chef.
- Preparing and cooking high-quality seasonal dishes for the restaurant.
- Maintaining food quality standards, consistency, hygiene and presentation
- Assisting in stock control and keeping records in check.
The ideal candidate:
- Capable chef who can produce consistently high-quality results with our fresh and seasonal produce.
- Good communicator and co-worker
- Proactive and hardworking, able to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent standards of hygiene
- Able to relocate to live on Tiree (free accommodation on the island would be provided)
The Scarinish Beach Hotel situated right next to the sea and the small, sunny island offers surfing, swimming, live music events, outdoor walks and coastline views.

- This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week)
