The Carrington House Hotel is a 158-room hotel that boasts the hotel’s Mortimer’s Restaurant and King’s Bar. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie on to the team.
As Chef De Partie, you will be required to:
- Control the quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation and sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to always ensure the highest quality.
- Offer great customer service and answer guests needs appropriately.
The successful candidate will demonstrate flair, initiative, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary service. This position is available on a zero-hour contract.
