Aramark at the RNLI College Hospitality Team are looking for Chef de Partie / Chef to join our thriving team.
This is a full-time permanent position in a year-round busy environment.
Working as part of our busy kitchen team you will be catering to our volunteer Crews and Lifeguards whilst they are staying with us to complete their essential training, catering towards leisure guests such as a la carte dining and catering for functions such as weddings and parties.
The RNLI College is busy all throughout the year with a full training program running Monday – Friday & private and corporate functions mid-week and at weekends to cater for. This full-time, permanent position would suit an individual that thrives in a busy, fast paced and ever-changing environment, with the drive and passion to deliver excellent quality food and service.

Rate of pay - £14.00 per hour.
Shifts are 5 over 7 to include Weekends and Bank Holidays and include a combination of early, middle and late shifts starting anywhere between 6am and finishing anytime up to 11pm.
Usual shift is 8 hours (with half an hour un-paid break and free food on duty). We offer straight shifts (no split shifts) on a variable rota with a mix of shifts each week.
The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with previous experience in a modern hotel/restaurant environment. They will be passionate about great customer service, be able to work well within a team and on their own initiative. They will be flexible, professional and have a proactive approach to provide the highest standards of service to the RNLI clients and their guests.

Duties to include:
- Preparing high-quality dishes in timely manner (breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions)
- Monitoring of food stock, record waste and placing orders
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
- Working alongside other departments to provide the best customer service to crew members and other guests
