A great opportunity to join a Leading Contract Catering company at a prestigious site. This is a Chef de Partie role based in the Pastry Section
The salary for this role is £33k and based on a 40 hour contract. Any evening events will be paid at overtime rates as well. Core hours will be 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with some evenings for events so flexibility is needed.
The Pastry chef will responsible for making puddings and desserts for the restaurant and work alongside the Hospitality Head Chef for events and functions as well.
Experience in Pastry gained in either Contract Catering or High End Restaurant / Hotel will be required as well as a solid work history. Experience of using High Quality Fresh ingredients is a must
