Due to the growing demand for their very popular restaurant, they need to strengthen the brigade and are looking for a full-time, permanent Chef de Partie/Junior Sous. They are looking for a creative Chef de Partie who can train on all sections of the kitchen and share ideas for the menu, which changes seasonally. Previous experience within a professional, fresh food environment will be essential along with enthusiasm and a real keenness to learn.
