Chef de Partie - Spanish Cuisine
£33,000 - £36,000 Bonus - Monday to Friday
The Sous chef is responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the department is always maintained at the highest level. This role is very much hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude. The job will not only consist on taking responsibility and supervising but also helping and assisting with food prep, cooking and cleaning.
Sous Chef Job Responsibilities:
- Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef.
- Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
- Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
