Chef De Partie

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie in Dublin 18 to join our culinary team! We're committed to culinary excellence and creating a memorable dining experiences. If you have a flair in the kitchen and want to be a key player in our kitchens success, then we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:   

Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning
Assist with overseeing the day to day operations including efficiency and quality
Foster a positive work environment
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
Assist in managing the inventory, ordering suppliers and controlling costs

What you bring:  

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume setting
Culinary degree or equivalent culinary education
Strong communication and organisational skills
Creative approach to menu development
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
