Chef de Partie, required for our client, a prestigious hotel located on the coast in the Kingsbridge area of Devon. This location is a beautiful place to live and work. In your spare time you could be paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking or just enjoying this coastal area.

Shared live in available. This property can also accept a couple or friends, for other job roles such asFood & Beverage Assistant / Housekeeper / Chef de Partie / Receptionist / Kitchen Assistant roles.

We are looking for a Chef De Partie and also a Pastry Chef de Partie. The successful candidates can expect the opportunity of career progression and job security. Furthermore, you will be working with some of the finest locally sourced ingredients to produce the spectacular fine dining menu.

The Package:

• Salary from 30,000 Per Annum
• 48 hours per week
• Mixture of straight and split shifts
• 28 days annual leave
• Government pension scheme

• Meals on duty
• Uniform provided

• Ensure the attention to detail in the food offering
• Develop a stable, energised and professional relationship with colleagues
• Focus on sustainable practices to protect the business for the next generation
• Wants to be part of a progressive and forward-thinking business
• You will have good time management
• Have a cool and calm attitude
• Someone with a background of preparing fresh ingredients
• Demonstrate the ability to listen and follow clear instructions
• Be passionate to learn and develop your skill set
• Rosette experience preferred
• You may need your own means of transport due to the location of the business.

The salary for this opportunity of Chef de Partieis given as from 30,000 / 48 hour week. In addition a share of the monthly tips.Shared Live in is available if you are looking to relocate. Transport would be advantageous if you live in the local area.
