Chef Manager

Berry recruitment are seeking a number of Chef Managers for 4 schools in Bristol.

As a Chef Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals for students.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Standard paperwork.
  • Organisation of food distribution.
  • Leading and inspiring your Team.
  • Management of the kitchen

In this position of a Chef Manager you will work Monday to Friday for 20 hours a week earning £13 per hour.

To be considered for the Chef Manager role in Bristol it is expected that you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Past catering experience as a chef/cook
  • Level 4 food hygiene certificate
  • Cash handling understanding
  • Problem solving
  • Team leading.
