Berry recruitment are seeking a number of Chef Managers for 4 schools in Bristol.
As a Chef Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals for students.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Standard paperwork.
- Organisation of food distribution.
- Leading and inspiring your Team.
- Management of the kitchen
In this position of a Chef Manager you will work Monday to Friday for 20 hours a week earning £13 per hour.
To be considered for the Chef Manager role in Bristol it is expected that you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Enhanced DBS
- Past catering experience as a chef/cook
- Level 4 food hygiene certificate
- Cash handling understanding
- Problem solving
- Team leading.
