We are currently inviting applications for the position of Chef de Partie to join our team.
About The Role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation of dishes to suit our guests needs.
Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the senior chefs to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
Coordinates daily tasks with the Senior Chef
Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.
Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
Follows good HACCP practices for the proper handling and preparation of all food products at the right temperature.
Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a kitchen.
3rd level qualification is desired but not essential.
Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative

- 3rd level qualification is desired but not essential.
