Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team in creating delicious culinary experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served in our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee food production and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Create menus, recipes, and develop new dishes to meet customer preferences
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Train new kitchen staff on culinary techniques and kitchen procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in culinary skills and techniques with a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A creative approach to menu planning and dish presentation

Pay: From £31,000.00 per year
