**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and have a strong background in culinary arts, team management, and kitchen operations. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen - Create and execute menu items in line with restaurant standards - Manage and lead kitchen staff, providing training and guidance - Ensure food safety protocols are strictly followed - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the management team to develop new dishes and specials - Supervise kitchen operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences **Requirements:** - Proven experience working in a culinary role, preferably in a supervisory capacity - Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus If you are a dedicated Chef with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and leading a team to success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
