4 on / 4 off, 6:30am 6:30pm, average of 42 hours per week
Introduction:
We re looking for a passionate Chef to join our clients team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in their home.
You ll take the lead within their well-equipped kitchen, using your creativity to develop and deliver exciting dishes. Their food complements the luxury surroundings. They use locally sourced fresh produce to provide that home from home taste to meals selected using resident feedback.
Talking with their residents and understanding their needs, you ll produce wholesome, well-balanced and nutritious meals to aid their health and wellbeing and tantalise their taste buds too!
You ll lead both the kitchen and waiting staff to deliver a first-class dining experience, inspiring them through development, motivation, creativity and encouragement, making a difference to our residents day, every day.
And all shifts finish at 6:30pm, so you ll enjoy that all-important work-life balance!
About You:
You ll have an infectious enthusiasm for what you do and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident dining experience. You ll be a natural communicator, a team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of fun.
You ll take pride in understanding residents needs and leading them through a unique and exciting food journey, building lasting relationships along the way.
You ll have qualified to City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ Level 3 in Catering / Cookery, and have previous experience in a similar role. Whatever your signature dish is we want to hear from you. Join the team and make a real difference to the dining experience each and every day.
