As a Sous Chef you will assist the other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the service and ensure food is prepared in accordance with the service standards, whilst also:

* Communicating effectively with all members of the team to ensure an efficient working environment.
* You will have a passion and enthusiasm to produce a fantastic food experience at a rosette level.
